SPCS Student Week

SPCS Student Week

March 3-8, 2025

SPCS Student Week is a joint project of the SPCS Student Government Association (SGA), SPCS Alumni Association and the staff of the SPCS Marketing & Engagement team. For spring 2025, we’re observing SPCS Student Week March 3-8 as an outreach and engagement effort to connect with, encourage, and motivate students.

Among other activities during the week, classes with in-person meetings during the week will receive a shared snack and swag bag filled with tasty treats and UR SPCS merchandise for sharing.

SPCS sets aside a week each semester to celebrate its students. You are appreciated and respected for the gifts, talents and tenacity you bring to SPCS.

Student Week Shoutouts

Students, hopefully you are staying warm and having a good semester so far! Spring is on the way, keep working hard! I want to give a shout out to my students for their level of engagement this semester in our online classes. Even though we don’t sit together face to face each week, we have had relevant discussions as we move through this semester!

You SPCS students inspire me. I’m amazed at the way you’re able to juggle your careers and professional obligations, varsity sports schedules (for our student athletes), family and personal lives, and academic endeavors at UR. Keep up the good work, and to our graduating students, I look forward to reading your names as you cross the commencement stage!
