SPCS Faculty & Staff
Our adjunct faculty serves as the backbone of our academic endeavors. Most are working professionals who bring both real-world experience and cutting-edge theory to the classroom. Our full-time faculty serve as academic leaders, shaping curriculum, hiring adjunct faculty, mentoring students and working with staff to recruit the most deserving students into our degree programs. And our staff and administration seek to coordinate and support the efforts of our students, faculty, instructors and volunteers.

Instructors & Course Leaders
In addition to our part-time and full-time faculty and staff, we bring many of Richmond’s business and education leaders to campus as instructors in our Think Again professional education and lifelong learning programs. We also ask dozens of volunteer course leaders to lead courses in our Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
We list active instructors and course leaders in our Think Again and Osher online registration portals.

Advisory Groups & Committees
Two standing faculty committees along with several advisory boards provide advice, guidance and direction to the School’s daily operations and strategic planning. Additional guidance is provided by ad hoc working groups of faculty and staff that address specific issues or concerns.
