1. Request Information
If you still have questions about the School and our programs of study, complete the Information Request form to receive a free information packet about the School and all it and the University have to offer.
By requesting information, you’ll also receive periodic updates and reminders about upcoming deadlines and School events. We’ll let you know about application deadlines and invite you to upcoming information sessions.
-
2. Attend an information session
If you’re ready to visit the campus to learn more about us, consider reserving a space at our next Information Session. We offer sessions in the fall, spring and summer, and we’d value the opportunity to share more about ourselves during the session.
If you can’t attend the next information session, we’ll invite you to future sessions. And you’re welcome to attend more than one session. The decision to start or finish a degree takes time and plenty of research. You’re welcome to come to information sessions to ask your questions and explore multiple degree options to find the right fit for you.

3. Meet with a recruiter or advisor
If you have questions about the admissions process, or want to chat about degree program options at the University of Richmond, schedule a virtual admissions Q&A meeting with our student recruiter. If you’re not sure whether your prior college experiences will transfer, or if you’d like to start planning a course of study, make an appointment with one of our Student Advisors. We welcome and encourage prospective students to meet with our advisors.
Bring your unofficial transcripts to a pre-admissions advising appointment and our advisors will conduct an unofficial transfer audit to help you see how your previous coursework transfers into our degree program. During this process you’ll be able to establish the appropriate timeframe for enrollment. You may be better served to complete additional coursework at a community college and defer your application — or you may be ready to get started right away.
A meeting with an advisor can help you fully prepare for completing the application and navigating the admissions process.
