Program Structure
The University of Richmond Distinguished Women in Leadership Program offers two options:
- 8-week, self-paced, online program (start anytime)
- 4-day, in-person, hands-on immersion program (visit wl.richmond.edu for schedule)
Regardless of the format, during this 8-module program you’ll work on your own projects and use best practices developed by top companies. Female experts and professional instructors guide you through each step. Your projects are reviewed, and mentoring is provided.
During the program, you continuously build your toolset and develop your own, personalized Leadership Portfolio.
