The Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies (BSPS) major in Organizational Studies prepares professionals to lead ethically and effectively in a global environment through applied leadership, ethical reasoning, and data-driven decision-making by developing cross-cultural awareness, analytical skills, and integrity for impactful, responsible leadership across diverse sectors.

Outcomes

Graduates of the Organizational Studies program will be able to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of effective leadership within a global context by analyzing and applying leadership theories and practices that account for differences across diverse environments. 
  • Apply ethical theories and legal frameworks to analyze dilemmas, evaluate consequences, and make reasoned decisions across diverse organizational and societal contexts. 
  • Apply fundamental statistical methods to analyze data, interpret results, and make informed decisions in social sciences, life sciences, and organizational contexts. 
  • Plan, execute, and manage projects aligned with organizational strategy using project management tools.
