    Morris received her International MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. She has held various positions in HR management including Human Resource Director for Springbok Services and Senior Manager, International HR for Teletech, a multinational corporation specializing in customer relationship management. Ms. Flynn Morris is GPHR certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute, and she served on the Board of Directors of Richmond SHRM. Her interest in foreign cultures and global leadership led her to spend multiple years living in Germany and the United Kingdom as well working or traveling extensively to countries such as Thailand, Cuba, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Mexico.
