Nomination Form: Jean H. Proffitt Student Service Award
Use the form below to nominate one (1) member of this year’s graduating class to receive the Jean H. Proffitt Student Service Award. Nominations will be reviewed by SPCS Student Services staff, and a winner will be selected from among nominees.
Nomination Criteria
Nominees must meet the following criteria. Your supporting statement (below, one paragraph in length) should identify specific ways the nominee met these criteria. Eligible students are listed below in the drop-down option.
- Must have filed for December 2023, May 2024 or August 2024 graduation and been provisionally cleared by the Registrar’s office
- Must demonstrate outstanding service to the School of Professional and Continuing Studies
SPCS degree-seeking students may submit a nomination. One nominee per netID. Nominations are not anonymous, but nominator names will not be shared with nominees.
Nominations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 to be considered.
