Stay Engaged with SPCS

There are many ways to remain engaged with SPCS after graduating. In fact, a number of our alums return to SPCS to earn another degree or credential, like a professional or academic certificate. Here are a couple of ways we recommend that you continue your engagement with UR and SPCS.

Networking Opportunities

SPCS offers a variety of networking opportunities for SPCS alumni. Examples include:

  • All SPCS graduates are welcome to attend regularly scheduled SPCS Alumni Association meetings. Meeting schedules are generally listed on the Alumni events calendar.
  • Career-specific Networking Events. Recent events include paralegal studies, nonprofit studies and HR management industries. These and other Career Services events are posted on the Alumni Events calendar.
  • Greater Richmond SHRM Strategic Leadership Conference: SPCS regularly sponsors this event, which attracts HR management graduates.
  • RVAsec: SPCS regularly sponsors this event, which attracts IT management, information systems and information security graduates.
  • rvatech: SPCS is a partner with rvatech and participates as a sponsor and exhibitor in a number of events, including rvatech/Drive and rvatech/Data Summit. These events regularly attract SPCS alumni.

Special Events
