Leinenbach has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits, Leadership and Organizational Development. He has served as Director of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness as well as various Human Resources and Organizational Development positions. He holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, a Master’s in Religious Education from Bethany Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University. He is a graduate of the Virginia Banker’s Association School of Bank Management and holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and Retirement Planning Associate (RPA). He has also served on the Virginia Governor’s Council for Career and Technical Education.
