Isaac Benjamin is a native of Israel with a military background in the Israel Defense, specializing in physical fitness and wellness. In 1994 Isaac received his personal fitness trainer certification and attended the Boca Raton School of Massage in Florida. In 2005 Isaac received his massage therapy certification in Richmond and has been in private practice specializing in sports massage, active isolated stretching, pain management and sports injury and prevention. In addition, Mr. Benjamin has provided sports massage therapy for a variety of collegiate and professional sports programs, including VCU men’s and women’s tennis, VCU men’s basketball, UR men’s basketball, and River City Roller Girls. Isaac has presented at the VCU Department of Health and Human Performance on massage therapy, stress management and applied muscle therapy techniques for athletes.
