Organizations shape how work gets done and how communities are served. In corporate, nonprofit, and government settings alike, leaders are expected to improve performance, guide teams through change, and make decisions that are both ethical and effective.
Organizational studies and effectiveness at the University of Richmond School of Professional and Continuing Studies (SPCS) prepares you to lead change with insight and confidence by developing a practical understanding of how people, systems, culture, and leadership interact inside real organizations.
This new program of study includes two academic pathways: a bachelor’s degree completion program in Organizational Studies and a master’s degree in Organizational Effectiveness.
