    Lee serves as Educational Coordinator for the Virginia Department of Education in Special Education Instructional Services with a focus on inclusive and research-based practices for all students with disabilities and the Instructional Specialist for students with Specific Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit Disorder. She has served as a special education teacher, principal and assistant professor prior to joining the adjunct staff at the University of Richmond.
