Degree Program Applications

Degree Program Applications

Applying online to a degree-seeking program is straightforward.

  1. Select the program level desired.
  2. On the application page, select an admission term (fall, spring or summer). You must apply to a specific term.
  3. Create an online account as directed to start your application.
  4. Complete and submit the application form.
    • Attachments may be added later through the self-service application portal.
    • Arrange to send required transcripts as soon as possible, but submit the form first.

Non-Degree Seeking Applications

We offer two procedures for taking credit-earning courses without enrolling in a degree-seeking program.

Additional Information

General Application Guidelines

  1. Have original transcripts for ALL college-level work sent to the School. You may use the Transcript Request Form for non-UR transcripts.
  2. Review financial aid requirements: Submit the FAFSA, contact the Financial Aid Office and apply for SPCS scholarships.
  3. Make arrangements to submit required supporting materials. Requirements vary by program and are detailed in the online application.

Please budget plenty of time for other institutions to submit transcripts and to put financial aid plans in order. These items commonly delay admissions decisions and enrollment, so early action is important.

Returning to a Started Application

Once you’ve started an application, visit the self-service application portal to return to the application. Do not start a new application. If you apply for the wrong term, please contact the Admissions Coordinator.

Re-Enrollment

When “life happens,” sometimes you have to pause your education. If you’ve taken a break from your degree program here at SPCS and you’re ready to get back onto coursework, we’re ready to help.

Visit our Re-Enrollment page to see the steps you’ll need to take. In many cases, you only need to complete a brief online form to be re-instated. In other cases, you may need to re-apply, but don’t worry — we’ll waive the re-application fee.
