Developing Leaders for the Craft Brewing Industry — Launching in May 2025, this 10-week advanced online course will focus on developing the next generation of leaders within the craft brewing industry by guiding participants through self-discovery work and a discussion of leadership traits, developing your own leadership style, best practices for communication, hiring and employee retention, developing your team, and conflict management.
