Information Systems

Our Information Systems programs leverage the University of Richmond’s strong liberal arts tradition with applied professional studies, empowering students like you with the latest theory and real-world practice to take your career to the next level.

Earn a bachelor of science degree with majors in IT Management or Information Security at the School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Prepare yourself for an IT career with a strong background in management along with information technology and security applications and interdisciplinary coursework. Face-to-face, classroom-based learning experiences are valued in the program, although some classes may be offered online or as in-class/online hybrid experiences.

If you’ve already earned an associate’s degree and are seeking an academic credential in information security or systems, consider an undergraduate certificate in Information Systems or Information Security at the School. Keep your skills and practical knowledge base current in courses designed for working professionals and ideal for career switchers.
