adventURes: Summer Adventures in Recreation & Wellness

July 16-20, 2018 • 9 a.m.–4 p.m. daily

adventURes: Summer Adventures in Recreation & Wellness is a fun-filled, on-the-go day camp where students can experience with peers a different off-site trip each day. Campers will participate in several outdoor activities through our partners and engage in experiential learning to develop knowledge, leadership, and a sense of community.

adventURes introduces campers to healthy behaviors that will lay the foundation for lifetime activities that will promote an active lifestyle. Each day will originate at the UR Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness, with excursions to off-campus venues. For ages 12-16; students must be at least 12 and under 17 years of age by first day of camp.
