Academic Admissions

As a private university, the University of Richmond can use its resources and independence not only to meet the educational needs of traditional age college students, but also to provide enriching and meaningful undergraduate and graduate experiences for adult students and working professionals. We provide these learning experiences through the School of Professional & Continuing Studies.

Admissions Requirements

Admission to any degree program in the School of Professional & Continuing Studies is subject to general policies that are outlined below and detailed in the current edition of the SPCS Academic Catalog.

Undergraduate Admissions Applies to bachelor’s degrees & undergraduate certificates
Graduate Admissions Applies to master’s degrees and graduate certificates
Non-Degree Seeking Admissions Applies to undergraduate & graduate coursework
International Admissions Applies to all non-U.S. resident applicants
