Nelson brings 30+ years of experience as a Global Human Resources Business Partner with GE Healthcare in Milwaukee, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore, where she collaborated with Global P&L, Region and Functional leaders to provide wing-to-wing HR strategy and operational support. Career highlights included organizational launches, Asia Region start-up, acquisition due diligence/integrations, succession planning, talent development, staffing, executive assessments and 360-feedback processes. Nelson is also an executive and leadership coach, with 10+ years partnering with internal and external coaching clients.

Nelson is a Class of 2017 graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond. She is also a doctoral candidate in Human & Organizational Learning, working on her dissertation at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Her research interests include global leadership, change management and learning agility.
