Human Resources Certificates

Excellent leadership and excellent service go hand-in-hand. As a leader, you set the standard for service, both within and outside your organization. Those you supervise will look to you for direction in handling customers, addressing co-workers and supervising employees.

If you’re a mid-level manager or supervisor, give yourself the professional skills you need to effectively lead and coach those you supervise with a certificate in Business Coaching or Supervisory Leadership.

In addition, SPCS has partnered with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) to provide professional development for managers, supervisors and others engaged in human resources: “SHRM Essentials of HR Management,” an introductory course offering a comprehensive overview of human resource roles and responsibilities, and “SHRM Learning System,” a comprehensive review of the entire body of HR knowledge, preparing you to take either the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam.
