Our Self Improvement and Wellness classes aim to help students maintain and improve their interior and exterior health and wellness. Topics include stress management, personal renewal, meditation techniques, exercise, first aid and balancing life responsibilities for health.

BeMoved is a dance fitness experience for adults of all ages, skill levels and movement abilities, including those who have never danced before. During each one-hour BeMoved dance fitness class participants can experience a wellbeing transformation. Each week the Genre section of class uses continuous, engaging dance combinations to inspire anyone from first-time dancers to professionals focusing on a different musical and dance styles such as Bollywood, jazz, Latin and disco. BeMoved is designed to inspire participants to embrace dance as a lifelong means to health, joy, and fulfillment.

This American Red Cross (ARC) course is designed for public safety personnel such as lifeguards, law enforcement officers, firefighters, ski patrollers; medical personnel such as athletic trainers, emergency medical technicians, pharmacists; and those with a duty to act. Course is appropriate for day camp/cub scout camp first aid officers. Course also covers blood-borne pathogen training. Course fee includes materials, and certificates of completion will be provided.

This course is designed for those who are new to meditation or those who would like to enhance their meditation skills. By learning how to meditate successfully, you will be able to better manage the everyday stresses that come into your life and move beyond any blocks that keep you stuck in old patterns of thinking and behavior. By learning to calm the mind, harmony and wholeness in your life can be enhanced and specific goals can be met. There will be many guided meditations throughout the class. In addition, you will receive two meditation CDs that will help you achieve even deeper levels of relaxation.

REPRISED. This class will focus on a broad array of advanced topics for those who already understand the basics of meditation. Some of the advanced topics that will be covered include: Exploring your dreams and their meaning; automatic writing; healing and finding one's life purpose; removing blockages to success; awakening without an alarm clock; techniques to find the best solution to a given problem you may be grappling with; sending energy and communicating telepathically with another person; and many others. There will be many guided meditations throughout the class. Experience with meditation is a prerequisite or having attended Meditation I or an equivalent course.

Telecommuting Basics: Maximizing Productivity as a Remote Employee

You will learn about some of the challenges telecommuting presents, and some solutions that will help you create and maintain a productive remote work environment.

Wilderness and Remote First Aid
