Wine and Dine

Wine and Dine classes offer information about wines and beers along with complementary food pairings. Wine and Dine classes, including our “Around the Chef’s Table” series, are demonstration, sampling, and pairing classes, not hands-on cooking classes. (For hands-on cooking opportunities, check out our Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts classes).

Around the Chef’s Table classes are lecture-demonstration classes followed by question-and-answer sessions and lots of sampling and beverage pairing.

Wine and Dine (or Stein and Dine) classes are sit-down demonstration events focused on wines and beers with extensive pairing conversations and opportunities.
