ServSafe Class

The Center for Culinary Arts offers a preparation class for a national food safety certification exam. Prepare for — and take — the ServSafe® exam to earn a five-year certification from the National Restaurant Association, a valuable tool in the food service industry.

Successful completion of the ServSafe class will allow students to take the examination and earn the ServSafe credential. We also provide recertification testing for those who need to recertify as ServSafe certified.
