Next Generation Leadership Academy

Next Generation Leadership Academy (NGLA) provides training for aspiring school leaders in instructional, transformational and organizational leadership through a combination of coursework and practical application. It involves 60 aspiring principals and 30 mentors from public schools in the City of Richmond and the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico.

Lead I – Chesterfield County Public Schools

Lead I is a three-day institute, modeled after the Foundations of Leadership course at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, for Chesterfield County public school teachers and staff members. The goal of the program is to develop a solid foundation in leadership studies and to provide opportunities to examine conceptions of and practices in leadership.
