The Center for Leadership in Education addresses the intersection of cutting-edge leadership theory with practical school leadership research and skills. Collaborative effort with the Jepson School of Leadership Studies. Affiliated with Educational Leadership & Policy Studies degree programs.
Partners in the Arts is the premier arts integration program in the Richmond region that trains teachers in arts integration across the curriculum and funds arts integration efforts in area schools. Includes the Joan Oates Institute on Partners in the Arts. Affiliated with Education degree programs.
The Joan Oates Institute is a week-long program that prepares PreK-12 teachers of all subject areas to develop lesson and unit plans for integrating the arts into their classrooms. The institute is a program of Partners in the Arts.
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is an endowed institute that offers membership, opportunities, research and courses for learners “50 and better.” Includes options to audit SPCS and other degree program classes.
